oh my…so many amazing campaigns are adding to my favourites list for 2014 and what makes this Balenciaga campaign even more amazing is the fact that Daria Werbowy, who I find absolutely incredible, fronts this Spring/Summer ’14 campaign with a touch of sexy, perfection and a whole new look, sporting a sleek, silvery crop.
I literally can’t stop looking at these photos! So amazing!
What are your thoughts? Do you love it as much as me? :p
Karen Walker joined with the United Nations’ ITC Ethical Fashion initiative in order to create a range of pouches that accompany her sunglasses for Spring 2014. This campaign was taken to the next level as Karen Walker decided to include the Kenyan craftspeople (who made the pouches) as models to show off her sunglass range aiming to celebrate the work and creativity of Kenyan artists.
I think this is such a beautiful and different way to go about a fashion campaign. It’s a campaign that has a lot of life and meaning and I love it that Karen Walker took it that step further 🙂
Three well-known stunning models- Miranda Kerr, Lindsey Wixon and Ava Smith- front Ochirly’s S/S ’14 campaign in which Mario Testino (fashion photographer) captured the models as retro chic which takes us back to the 60s! I’m so in love with the styling in this campaign! Very girly and chic 🙂
Miu Miu’s spring/summer campaign featured rising stars Lupita Nyong’O, Elizabeth Olsen, Elle Fanning and Bella Heathcote. These young beautiful women looked amazing in this campaign adding their own flare of individuality in their poses making this one of my favourite, eye-catching and most memorable campaign for 2014.
As always one of the leaders in italian fashion houses, Dolce & Gabbana, have created a campaign that is authentically italian and inspired by religion. This campaign is full of life and excitement which has the ability to make fashion lovers feel included in D&G’s representation of family life, culture and enjoying the company of others while at the same time appreciating the impeccable quality, style and design of the S/S collection.
If you know me well, then you would know that Burberry Prorsum is one of my favourite fashion houses. Why? Burberry always manages to make anyone look uber cool and confident yet elegant. Of course, the iconic trench coats is what distinguishes Burberry from many other high fashion brands but I in particular love how wearable these pieces are which can be mixed and matched with other items in your wardrobe or past season Burberry pieces.
This campaign draws attention to a pastel colour palette making this the most versatile, fresh and gorgeous colour to be worn during the Spring/Summer seasons.
There was a line up of an all-star cast to model for Marc Jacobs’ final campaign with the well-known french fashion house, Louis Vuitton. What a brilliant way to exit as a designer for LV by presenting this flawless campaign!
