For the latest cover story of Net-a-Porter’s The Edit, Miranda Kerr looks sizzling as she poses as a motorcycle babe. Wind blown hair, leather jackets and denim has her looking the part for this editorial.
This shoot was photographed by the amazing Chris Colls who has photographed her many of times and the magic between the photographer and the model through a lens is evident as usual.
oh my…so many amazing campaigns are adding to my favourites list for 2014 and what makes this Balenciaga campaign even more amazing is the fact that Daria Werbowy, who I find absolutely incredible, fronts this Spring/Summer ’14 campaign with a touch of sexy, perfection and a whole new look, sporting a sleek, silvery crop.
I literally can’t stop looking at these photos! So amazing!
What are your thoughts? Do you love it as much as me? :p
Merry christmas! Hope you all had a wonderful christmas with loved ones and received lots of amazing gifts 🙂
To kick-start 2014 a few days early, I came across this shoot featured in Vogue Russia of the stunning Sasha Luss who I am currently obsessing with right now. She has definitely become the model of the moment featuring in many high fashion editorials and seemingly gracing more and more magazine covers.
This photoshoot I absolutely love of the platinum blonde beauty and I think this will be one of my top favourite editorials for 2014! I know its way to early to make such a claim of it being one of my ‘favourite’ but I just love it so much :p
The 2014 issue of Vogue Australia emerged just in time for the much awaited hot summer days (finally!) after days of pouring rain and constant cool temperatures here in Melbourne. This issue provides an overview of what to expect for the new year and I couldn’t be more excited for the new year of fashion! This fashion editorial was perfect to kick-start the year and I could barely contain my excitement for the long summer days at the beach after viewing these images of this beautiful tanned model in this ‘Sea Change’ editorial.
These images were photographed by Benny Horne for Vogue Australia January issue.
A great start to the new year with my idol Miranda Kerr gracing the cover of one of the most top-selling fashion magazines, Harper’s Bazaar Australia. This shoot was photographed by Terry Richardson and I knew right away it was photographed by him due to his trademark white background. He is never afraid to reveal almost anything to the camera making his work very raw and sometimes intense but I love his ability to capture the true beauty of the models without having to over do it with editing, lighting or much of a background.
Miranda in this shoot looked extremely chic, sexy and confident in her Victoria Beckham jacket, Saint Laurent jacket and in a Giorgio Armani suit. As Miranda is now the face of Swarovski, many Swarovski pieces were shown throughout this shoot making them the perfect accessory! Most of the attention (beauty wise) was drawn to her red pout and glossy locks making her look irresistible in her all-black wardrobe for the shoot.
What are your thoughts on Miranda’s shoot? Let me know in the comments below!!
Another stunning collection by Mr Wang! This is my kind of style in terms of the simplicity in colours and shape. This collection has a bit of a rough edge, sport luxe feel to it but also staying simple and minimal. I also love the idea of dual coloured bomber jackets. The concept of duality in fashion is fascinating to me!
Just stumbled across this gorgeous collection inspired by the Hunger Games: Catching Fire. Never did I think my favourite movie and fashion would combine into this wonderful masterpiece called Capitol Couture.
Check out some of the screen shots from the movie and how it inspired the designer, Trish Summerville to create a high fashion collection reflecting the elements from the movies and influencing everyone to be ‘capital chic’ in these gorgeous garments!
What are your thoughts on this collection? To view the rest, check out net-a-porter! 🙂
Have you watched the movie or read the books? My gosh I was just amazed after watching the film! I reckon Catching fire was better than the first one and Jennifer Lawrence…wow…was remarkable…loved it! The second book was also my favourite in the series and the way I imagined it when reading it, was how it was shown in the film and you know its good when you get to watch your imagination come to life on the big screen! Would definitely go watch it again soon!
